Museum De Paviljoens
Mapping Flevoland is a summer event organized by Museum de Paviljoens. Studio Makkink & Bey took part in the form of a summer school with designers-in-residence and students of Rianne Makkink of the Academy of Architecture Amsterdam who made site-specific work based on their investigations in the Noordoostpolder. A presentation of investigations of the cultural identity of Flevoland and the Noordoostpolder was held on the property of Rianne Makkink and Jurgen Bey in Kraggenburg. Here, in the shock concrete barn: a typical Dutch postwar polder barn, the projects of projects of Atelier NL, Paul Scala, Florian de Visser, Maarten Kolk, Lucas van Vugt and Yeb Wiersma were exhibited.
