Instead of designing a capsule, a piece of hardware in which material will be preserved, we prefer to go beyond the box. Information on our modern world should be transmitted to people living 1000 years from now in a more natural way. More like the way we got information about people living ages ago. Excavations of people and their possessions give us insight in past cultures. Objects survive by heritage. We would like to continue this process by providing contemporary products with information on our culture and by having these products survive in a natural process. Which also means that circumstances decide which products will survive the 1000 years.
